Sustainable Consulting LEED® Accredited Professional Services
FRA provides sustainable consulting in accordance with the US Green Building
Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
FRA employs LEED Accredited Professionals that can educate and guide clients
through the LEED approval process and help with documentation to obtain certification
at the any level: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
FRA can provide services from start to finish including registering and setting
up your project in LEED online, conducting design charettes, and working with the
project team to ensure the proper documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely
manner for prerequisite and credit compliance. FRA will also help prepare CIR's (Credit
Interpretation Requests) and be the main contact person for the USGBC.

In addition to obtaining a point for Credit ID 2 under Innovation and
Design for having a LEED Accredited Professional, FRA Can perform testing
for compliance with the following credits:
- Indoor Environmental Quality, EQ Prereq 2 - Environmental Tobacco Smoke Control
- Indoor Environmental Quality, EQ Credit 3.2(New Construction) - Construction IAQ Management - before occupancy
